Gustavo is the leading Managing Director of the consulting practice for the insurance sector at PwC Mexico, and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector in Mexico and Colombia. Before joining PwC Mexico, he was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at MetLife Mexico, where he was in charge of the areas of Strategy, PMO, Competitive Intelligence, Data & Analytics, and Business Metrics. He has led numerous projects related to strategy and transformation for leading insurance companies in Mexico as well as led projects and efforts related to business strategy definition, business transformation, financial transformation, process improvement and automation, and shared service centers. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, a postgraduate degree in finance, a digital marketing diploma, an insurance diploma, and is PMP certified.

Belisario has more than 28 years of experience working with the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of world-class solutions for the insurance industry in the Americas and Northern Europe. His extensive knowledge of the insurance market has been obtained through key roles both on the consulting side as well as in the top-tier insurance companies in Latin America. He joined the Equisoft team in 2020 and is currently responsible for developing new relationships with insurers in the Latin America region, helping to tackle key business issues with innovative solutions. Belisario graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Universidad José María Vargas in Caracas, Venezuela, and has acquired several certifications, including: PMP from PMI, ITIL certified by ITSMF, Six Sigma black belt certified by ASQ and SW quality engineer certified by ASQ.
