Highlights

What do employees value most about working in the insurance industry? The ongoing changes in financial services have solidified the importance of flexibility and good relationships at work. In addition, current and prospective employees remain increasingly focused on company diversity, inclusion, and environmental consciousness. To attract and retain the best talent, companies must understand how that talent imagines their future workplace, and develop thoughtful strategies to accommodate those expectations.

Watch this discussion of employee attitudes regarding remote work, workplace values, automation, ongoing learning, and more -- based on findings from a global survey conducted by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and The Network. Alison Salka, Ph.D., Senior Vice President and Director of Member Benefits and Research for LIMRA, moderates a discussion with Simone Schwemer, managing director and partner and Deborah Lovich, managing director and senior partner. The webinar included time for audience interaction and questions.
