Highlights

The workplace benefits marketplace continues to change on a transformational scale and at an accelerated pace, driven in part by the widespread disruption of the working world since 2020, the rise of nontraditional workers, and the growing demand for new types of benefits. These forces have demonstrated that workers are more than employees and benefits are more than insurance. This webinar will share findings from Harnessing Growth and Seizing Opportunity: The Future of Workforce Benefits, a joint research initiative conducted by EY and LIMRA. In it, we will identify the most important changes that will reshape the workforce benefits industry over the next five years and present five high-growth predictions which describe our view of the market's evolution and how transformative change through 2026 will impact various market stakeholders.
