Highlights

Organizations need to radically rethink culture to retain talent and thrive despite disruption. This shift includes shaping a hybrid work model that works, turning the Great Attrition into the Great Attraction, and fostering social capital—which has been largely overlooked to date. With nearly half of the employees who voluntarily left the workforce during the pandemic reporting they won't come back to the workforce on their own, organizations need to recognize that the old playbooks won't work. Hear the latest research on these topics for the financial services industry and how to build a true capability in attraction and retention, transform into a destination workplace, and meet the ever-changing needs of this and next-generation workforces.
