This webinar will present a variety of basic concepts and day-to-day application use cases, in areas such as product development, underwriting, claims, and customer service, as well as administrative and support processes, to provide attendees with several different perspectives and opinions on the use of AI technology in our industry.

Gustavo has more than 34 years of experience in strategy and business transformation, working as an independent director, consultant, and in leadership positions in multinational companies, defining business actions to achieve and exceed income and profitability objectives. Before joining the leadership of WorkingMinds, he served as Managing Director in charge of insurance sector consulting at PwC Mexico, Vice President of Strategy and Business Development and member of the executive committee at MetLife Mexico, and held multiple positions in large multinational consulting companies such as EY., IBM, Deloitte and KPMG/BearingPoint.
With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Espinosa has worked for leading financial institutions in the region, as well as for business and technology consulting firms in Latin America where he has held executive positions. He is currently a board member in various companies and advises organizations in their transformation processes, corporate governance, process improvement and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Agustín Paulín is CEO of TalentAccelerator, founding partner of Gemiini Learning Systems and founding partner of the Ibero-American Association of Artificial Intelligence and BlockChain. With more than 20 years of experience in innovation and digital transformation, he has offered multiple conferences and seminars on topics such as the future of employment and education, the impact of artificial intelligence on employment, the future of smart cities, as well as seminars on strategy, innovation, leadership and building high-performance teams. Agustín is a director of Dalia Empower and an Endeavor Top 100 mentor and a member of the Edlatam Alliance network and the World Education Parliament, which comprise the main experts in education and innovation. He is an industrial engineer from UNAM, has a master's degree and doctoral studies in educational policy from Stanford University and a diploma in data strategy from UC Berkeley.
