Farron Blanc has spent twenty years in life insurance across strategy, distribution, product, and marketing. He led the innovation studio at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) for five years, where he co-founded Greenhouse (one of the first carrier-backed digital life insurance startups in the U.S.) He later co-founded and sold Gerry, a venture-backed concierge service for long-term senior care, and served as Vice President of Brokerage Distribution and Strategy at Legal & General America (Banner Life), one of the largest term life insurers in the United States.

He has been named one of Digital Insurance's 20 Insurance Innovators and one of Intelligent Insurer's Top 35 Young Executives. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group and holds a B.A. in Economics from Queen's University (Ontario) and an M.S. in Sustainable Development and Environmental Economics from Imperial College London. 

He has spoken at InsureTech Connect, InsurTech NY, and Digital Insurance, and has authored research with RGA on the economic implications of emerging technology for life insurance products and distribution.
