During his 2013 Annual Conference speech, LIMRA CEO Bob Kerzner highlighted the importance of using big data and analytics to get a more holistic view of consumers’ preferences and behaviors to better engage with them. 

Using examples from other industries (Disney, Coca-Cola and Domino’s), as well as ones within the financial services industry, Kerzner showed how companies are using big data and predictive analytics to enhance the customer experience. He also described how companies have improved productivity and efficiencies using big data and technology, lowered costs with predictive analytics to combat fraud and improve pricing models.
