LIMRA International Announces New Executives to Head International Development and Marketing

Windsor, CT, July 15, 2005 — LIMRA International has appointed Gary R. Aluise, William Bambara, and Michael Kaska as corporate vice presidents to head the Office of International Development. In these new positions they will be responsible for the growth and profitability of LIMRA's international business.
Carol Larco-Murzyn, Ph.D, has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president and head of marketing at LIMRA. Larco-Murzyn will play a key role in LIMRA's efforts to define itself to the industry and seek out new markets and sales opportunities. She has 20 years of experience creating and implementing innovative marketing programs in the financial services industry.
Gary R. Aluise manages the International Business Center where he is responsible for LIMRA's global sales and growth via the organization's regional offices in London, Melbourne, Shanghai, and Miami. He had 10 years in international business development, primarily in Asia, before joining LIMRA in 2001.
William Bambara is responsible for LIMRA International's selection and assessment products, services, and consultation in Asia and Latin America. Bambara has worked in Asia for 11 years and lived in Beijing for three. Before joining LIMRA, he was the manager of International Development for the Carvel Corporation.
Michael Kaska manages LIMRA International's Centre for Performance Improvement (formerly the LIMRA International Learning Institute). Kaska is updating and repackaging LIMRA's producer development series and management development courses. He was the vice president of agency and sales management for international operations at John Hancock where he handled training and development for all six of their operations in Asia.
