LIMRA CEO Congratulates Ping An Management Graduates

Shenzhen, China, June 28, 2007 - LIMRA International President and CEO Robert Kerzner today congratulated 173 Ping An Insurance Co. managers, the first class of graduates in China to receive LIMRA's international designation of Chartered Insurance Agency Manager (CIAM).

"I'd like to congratulate you all on such a big accomplishment in your career. The CIAM designation is an internationally recognized designation - considered the standard of excellence within the life insurance industry worldwide," said Kerzner, speaking at a ceremony at Ping An's headquarters. "With the CIAM designation, you have demonstrated you have the skills and knowledge to be better managers and will reap the rewards of your hard work and dedication as you advance in your career."

The CIAM designation is awarded to those who complete the course work and demonstrate the advanced skills needed to succeed in financial services. To attain the designation, graduates receive training and testing in challenging subjects ranging from basic management skills and ethics to self-development and communication skills.

Ping An is the first company in China to offer the CIAM program to its managers.

LIMRA began the CIAM program in 1990 in Australia. Since that time more than 23,000 managers in 58 countries worldwide have completed one or more CIAM courses and just over 1,100 have received the CIAM designation.
