The new tool measures the competencies needed to be successful in managing a remote workforce.

Built with industry experts and Aon, a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, the toolkit is designed to improve virtual employees’ productivity and success at an organizational level. RemotePRO Leader identifies the traits of a successful remote leader on six dimensions — accountability, collaboration, communication, empathy, empowerment, and trust ― and includes a situational judgment assessment that replicates a real-time instant messaging interface. Each scenario in the situational assessment presents real-life decisions that managers of remote workers face on a daily basis.
