WINDSOR, Conn. Feb. 16, 2022 — As over half of employers indicate their company will rely on benefits technology more in the future (according to a recent LIMRA and EY study), building an integrated data-driven ecosystem will drive conversations at this year’s Enrollment Technology Strategy Seminar. The event will be March 27 through March 29 in Tampa, Florida.

“The workplace benefits market is going through a period of great transformation, which presents the industry with an opportunity to nurture true innovation,” said Sean O’Donnell, senior vice president, member relations and consulting for LIMRA, LOMA & LL Global, Inc. “This year’s attendees can share ideas that will help better leverage enrollment technology for positive impacts on developing new capabilities, streamlining processes, and improving customer experiences.”

Patrick Leary, corporate vice president, workplace benefits research, LIMRA, and Chris Morbelli, managing director of insurance consulting, Ernst & Young LLP will present new research from LIMRA and EY on harnessing growth in the workplace benefits market. The general session will cover the rapidly changing dynamics of the workplace benefits landscape and how carriers must adapt to capture profitable growth.

Additionally, a panel of LIMRA Data Exchange Standards (LDEx) users will confer on industry trends and how LDEx can help overcome current challenges with data consistency. The panel, which includes Eddie Choi, director of solutions architecture, Noyo; Rob Lashley, chief executive officer of ClickEnroll, LLC; Kellie Benson-Bray, director of carrier relations, ADP; and Alan Ingley, vice president of sales engineering and client success, Wellfleet Workplace, will go over the latest expansion of the standards.

Concurrent sessions will cover how the insurance industry is responding to the Great Resignation, transitioning from legacy systems to API technology, engaging employees to fully use their benefits packages, and which enrollment strategies will help maximize enrollment participation.

This event attracts industry professionals responsible for workplace benefits initiatives, enrollment strategies, and third party relationship management.
