General David H. Petraeus (Ret.) to Open the 2023 LIMRA Annual Conference

WINDSOR, Conn. Aug. 08, 2023 – General David H. Petraeus, USA (Ret.) will give the opening keynote presentation at the 2023 LIMRA Annual Conference. The event will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD on Oct. 22 – 24.

Considered one of the most prominent combat commanders in American history, Gen. Petraeus has dedicated his life to public service, leading military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan and then serving as the director of the Central Intelligence Agency. In his keynote conversation, Gen. Petraeus will share his insights and perspective on leading in the face of adversity by drawing from his more than 38 years of public service and 10 years in the private sector as the Chairman of the KKR Global Institute. Financial service leaders attending the conference will gain fresh ideas, intellectual constructs, and sound techniques to make effective decisions during uncertain times.
