LIMRA and LOMA Appoints Kaye Hacker as Chief Administrative Officer

WINDSOR, Conn., April 20, 2026 — LIMRA and LOMA today announced the appointment of Kaye Hacker as chief administrative officer (CAO). In this role, Hacker will provide enterprise leadership and strategic oversight across information technology, artificial intelligence, legal, project management, operational effectiveness, board governance, enterprise planning, facilities, and business services.
Hacker joins LIMRA and LOMA with more than three decades of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, including senior leadership roles spanning technology, operations, customer experience, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as vice president at HCLTech, where she supported insurance clients in advancing large-scale technology and infrastructure initiatives. Before that, she spent 32 years at State Farm, holding multiple executive positions across underwriting, customer care, learning and development, and IT product leadership.

Hacker holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas and has earned several industry designations, including Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) and the LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF). She has also completed executive leadership programs at leading institutions, including MIT, Wharton, and the University of Chicago.
