Highlights

The Workplace Benefits Conference is where you will hear about key topics in the benefits space as we embrace the “The Era of Innovation."

Today, we are witnessing an evolution in workplace benefits. Post-pandemic, companies have evolved a more market-driven outlook. They are adapting to the changing landscape of work, and to employees’ needs and expectations. Therefore, to meet the growing needs of our members we have expanded the scope and name of our conference.

In the face of a tight labor market and with five generations in the workforce, we have a defining opportunity to create innovative products and intuitive, data-driven technology platforms that can anticipate an individual employee’s life stages and needs while delivering high-quality, easy-to-use services, information, and products in real time.

Together, we will explore new and innovative technologies and foster discussions on where we go from here. And, as always, we'll bring you top-notch thought leaders and future-focused research findings.
