This winning combination of art and science has been so popular, and so effective, that we continue to expand our offerings. We have now applied this approach to address the important industry issue of identifying, developing, and supporting field leadership:
- The BenchBuilder program provides a systematic, structured process to help organizations determine which of their financial professionals should step into a field leadership role. It leverages core content from LIMRA’s former XRoads21 system.
- Firm Foundations programs are live leadership development sessions that focus on key topics such as systems for success, recruiting, and coaching and accountability. The Talent Acquisition session builds on the framework of LIMRA’s former Recruiting and Selection in the 21st Century program.
