The Personality Styles Profile is a unique personality assessment that helps you

These individual component scores are then analyzed to describe the candidate in terms of three fundamental sales styles:

  • Interpersonal — Warm, friendly, and sincerely interested in other people

You will understand candidates' likely approach to selling and what that means for coaching and managing. Each report includes a recruiting and selection guide comprising interview questions for "red flagged" sales behaviors and a coaching and management guide.
