Now his latest company, doc.ai, is building a robo-doctor that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to converse with customers about their lab test results — anytime, anywhere, on any device. Prior to Scanadu, Walter also ran One Laptop Per Child Europe and founded Starlab. His companies were involved in two IPOs and the merger of Eunet with Qwest Communications (now CenturyLink).
