Miguel Taveras tiene más de dos décadas de experiencia en el área comercial y alta gerencia en el área de servicios financieros y seguros de vida, salud e invalidez. Miguel tiene las licencias de FINRA series 6,63 y 26 en el área de retiro e inversiones, así como también licencia de seguros en 50 estados de la unión americana. Ha desarrollado cientos de asesores a nivel multinacional y su trayectoria incluye trabajo en más de 300 ciudades, 40 estados de los Estados Unidos, así como varios países de Latinoamérica tales como México, Chile y la isla de Puerto Rico. A Miguel le apasiona el educar; es miembro de GAMA, LIMRA y NAIFA y ha sido el director del comité sobre la Diversidad en LIMRA, grupo de altos ejecutivos quienes discuten y ayudan a dar forma a cómo penetrar diversos mercados en EEUU. Miguel tiene un título en gerencia y la designación Chattered Leadership Fellow designation (CLF®) del Colegio Americano de Servicios Financieros en Philadelphia. Además, Miguel también tiene la designación de LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF).

Licenciada en Administración con 25 años de trayectoria en el sector asegurador en México.  Inició su carrera profesional en GNP en donde encabezó el área de capacitación a la Fuerza de Ventas y Desarrollo de nuevas Agencias.  Después se desempeño como capacitador y consultor en desarrollo comercial para diferentes Aseguradoras y Agencias en México.  Formó parte del equipo de LIMRA y LOMA como representante de país y después como Directora Regional para América Latina y el Caribe.  Finalmente y desde hace 5 años que radica en la ciudad de Mérida Yucatán, se ha dedicado al reclutamiento y formación de nuevos agentes. Hoy es Promotora en Prudential Seguros México.

Luisa has more than two decades of experience in the life insurance sector.  She was an advisor and a unit director for agencies, has attended 19 national and international conventions, and was the winner of the International Management Award 2019. She has experience with creating domestic and international life channels and has had the opportunity to help develop some of the best talent in the Colombian insurance industry.  Luisa is a member of GAMA International, Aspro GAMA and MDRT and has an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Emilio has a Law Degree from Universidad Privada Boliviana with a focus in Corporate Law. He has also completed higher studies in "Specialization in Management Skills" from the "Executive Education Program" by GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY and GEN RE and has a Diploma in “Risk and Insurance Management” from the School of Insurance of Chile and the University of Los Andes and another Diploma in “Management Skills” from ADEN International Business School. In the 10 years of his professional career he has held different positions, beginning as a Life Insurance Agent and later serving as Commercial Executive, Commercial Chief and Regional Manager, a position where he lead a team of approximately 100 people.  He is currently the National Sales Manager at Grupo Nacional Vida, leading a team of approximately 600 people for the last 3 years. He is passionate about the insurance industry and his main motivation is to help and train people.
