With a degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in IT Strategy, Gustavo Leança has over 20 years of experience in the insurance market. He is currently Director of Insurance at Capgemini Brazil and a professor at the School of Business and Insurance (ENS).
With previous experience in companies such as MAPFRE, Accenture, and IBM, Gustavo has built solid expertise covering the operational, regulatory, and strategic vision of an insurance company.
He currently leads discussions on key topics for the sector, including Open Insurance, Digital Transformation, Technological Innovation, and Regulatory Impacts, among others.
