Windsor, CT, February 23, 2006 — LIMRA International has named Gregory P. Zeller, a former senior executive with Aetna and Pan American Life, as vice president of Sales and Relationship Management.
Zeller will manage all North American sales activities and oversee LIMRA's consulting business, which is positioned for significant growth in 2006. In addition to industry and custom research and consulting, LIMRA offers commercial products and services to help companies hire and develop strong producers and executives, and to meet various compliance requirements, such as anti-money laundering training.
"Greg has a distinguished career with over 30 years in the business and a track record of demonstrated results," said Bob Kerzner, president and CEO of LIMRA. "He brings proven leadership in the areas of group, voluntary and individual markets, life, disability, health, financial services, and marketing and distribution."
His most recent position was managing director, The Clarion Group, Dublin, Ireland. Prior to that Zeller was senior vice president, Sales and Marketing, with Pan American Life. Over a 20-year career with Aetna and Aetna International, he held many key positions in sales and marketing, ending his tenure there as senior vice president, Marketing and Distribution.
Zeller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. He has served as a member of LIMRA's North American Advisory Board and International Marketing Forum.
