WINDSOR, Conn., July 26, 2017 – LIMRA today announced it is accepting nominations for 25 innovative leaders under 40 in the financial services industry.
The Rising Star contest recognizes the industry’s best and brightest professionals under 40 who demonstrate innovation within their companies. LIMRA started this contest in 2016 as part of their 100th Anniversary celebration.
“Regulatory changes and advances in technology are changing the financial services industry. Our member companies and their employees need to be innovative in order to remain competitive,” said Alison Salka senior vice president and director of LIMRA research. “This contest is designed to recognize today’s generation of innovative leaders who have the ability to implement new and creative business strategies to help the industry continually advance.”
LIMRA member companies’ employees who are under 40 years old and who are innovative in their jobs are eligible for nomination. All submissions should include a detailed description of why the nominee is an up-and-comer in their field along with a high-resolution photo (min 300 dpi). Deadline for entry is Friday, August 25, 2017 at 5 P.M. Eastern. A panel of judges will review all entries and select the 25 winners.
