WINDSOR, Conn., August 14, 2018 – Top industry executives will discuss the future of the benefits industry at LIMRA’s 2018 Group & Worksite Benefits Conference. The event, now in its 43rd year, will be held on September 11-13, 2018 in Connecticut. 

The conference will focus on key industry issues, including factors driving change in the benefits market. Executives and professionals in the workplace benefits area are encouraged to attend and network in this collaborative event.

Malcolm Frank, Cognizant executive vice president of strategy & marketing, will discuss the concept that he authored: Code Halos, explaining how new rules are fueling the rise of major corporations like Amazon, Netflix, and Apple. His session will show attendees how traditional companies can use similar tactics to build their own solutions and drive success. 

Maria Ferrante-Schepis, president, Maddock Douglas, Inc., will dive into the many factors that are changing in the benefits landscape. Ferrante-Schepis will address which factors are going to impact businesses the most and some that you might be overlooking. Her session is geared to help attendees understand the changes in the industry and how companies can find unique ways to grow in the future.

The conference also features a panel of executives from four major insurance companies, who will share insight on important industry trends. Gene F. Lanzoni, assistant vice president, market intelligence, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, will moderate a panel of the following four executives:
