In December 2016, LIMRA surveyed 1,400 U.S. employers about a variety of issues, including their potential responses to ACA repeal.

  • Post-election, most employers expect repeal.
  • Thirty-nine percent of employers say ACA repeal would not affect their decisions about medical plan design, but 34 percent would become more likely to change their medical plans.
