Employers React to Possible ACA Repeal (2017 Infographic)

In December 2016, LIMRA surveyed 1,400 U.S. employers about a variety of issues, including their potential responses to ACA repeal.

Post-election, most employers expect repeal.
Thirty-nine percent of employers say ACA repeal would not affect their decisions about medical plan design, but 34 percent would become more likely to change their medical plans.
Other benefits may also be affected.

Benefit carriers can use this data as an early indication of how employers may react to changes in health insurance legislation this year.
