The 2023 Latin American Conference will engage senior leadership from life insurance companies and banks doing business throughout Latin America. They join to learn and network with each other as well as various subject matter experts, government officials and leading academics that speak on the latest developments in distribution, training and corporate management.

This event will include presentations in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Interpretation between languages will be offered at no additional cost.

Register between May 15 and July 15, 2023: Members of LIMRA, LOMA and/or APADEA: US$1,000 Nonmembers: US$1,450 Register after July 15, 2023: Members of LIMRA, LOMA and/or APADEA: US$1,150 Nonmembers: US$1,700
Spouse/Guest: US$149 A registration fee of $149 is available to spouses and guests of registered attendees. Individuals in an industry-related position, co-workers, or associates do not qualify. We invite spouses/guests to participate in the event’s food and social functions and ask that they wear their badge to these events. Participation in the general sessions and workshops is limited to those who have paid the full registration fee to attend the conference.
Cancellations received before 15 July, 2023, will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from 15 July, 2023 to 31 July, 2023 will be refunded, less a $375 processing and administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after 31 July, 2023.
In the event that a scheduled meeting or event is cancelled by LIMRA/LOMA for any reason, LIMRA/LOMA shall refund any conference registration fees that have been paid by the registrant. Under no circumstances, however, shall LIMRA/LOMA be liable to the registrant for any other expenses including, but not limited to, airfare and hotel expenses incurred by the registrant.
If you receive any unsolicited or suspicious email or phone call about a hotel booking in conjunction with this meeting, our advice is not to click on it, but delete the email immediately. In the case of a phone call, never give out your credit card information. Our designated conference hotels will never call you unless you contact them first.
Conveniently located at the corner of Avenida Balboa and Aquilino de la Guardia, the Hilton Panama hotel offers an attractive retreat just a few steps from the “Cinta Costera”, and two blocks from the financial district. Located on the Bay of Panama, the hotel is a 10 minute drive to the Multiplaza Mall, canal tours, and the Casco Viejo UNESCO site, and only 20 minutes from Tocumen International Airport.
Make your room reservation at the Hilton Panamá by July 24, 2023 to receive the discounted group rate of US $147 (single) or US $162 (double) + tax (10%) per night. The group rate will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, and includes breakfast and internet. Check in is 15:00; check out is 12:00.
