Learn about employee attitudes and opinions toward workplace benefits and overall employment issues.

The BEAT (Benefits and Employee Attitude Tracker) is an annual survey which tracks employee attitudes towards work in general and workplace benefits in particular. This third annual report looks at shifts in employee attitudes since last year and also explores some new hot topics. Covered topics include benefit awareness and satisfaction, understanding of benefits, communication and enrollment preferences, decision-making, spending limits, mental health needs, interest in bundling, and overall attitudes toward employers. Results are based on a survey of over 4,000 U.S. employees conducted in January 2024.
