In December 2024, LIMRA conducted a qualitative study of 33 consumers between the ages of 24 and 35, making use of an online dashboard methodology. The purpose of this study is to offer insights to provide direction for carriers looking to successfully connect with young consumers and assist in fulfilling their insurance coverage needs.
