As the leading edge of Gen Z enters the workforce, employers are starting to think about the employee benefits might attract the new generation. LIMRA surveyed 1,500 young adults age 18 to 22 to explore how they view employee benefits. We learned what is important to them, and how that differs from or is similar to previous generations.
