Who Attends
Benefits sales, enrollment, and service are being rewritten—and technology strategy will determine who leads. At the 2026 Enrollment Technology Strategy Seminar (ETSS), you’ll see how carriers, brokers, platform providers, and partners are using technology, data, and collaboration to modernize the benefits experience. Walk away with ideas you can implement — not just trends to watch.
Highlights
Join LIMRA for a seminar to discuss collaboration and innovation in enrollment and benefits administration technology. Network with peers and technology providers to advance industry standards and improve outcomes.
Our theme, “Bridging Benefits & Beyond” challenges us to think bigger—beyond connecting systems—to build partnerships that align carriers, consultants, employers, and vendors; create platforms that turn data into insight; and craft communications that make benefits clear and meaningful for employees.
But we also look beyond—to the future of workplace benefits. Beyond annual enrollment, toward year-round engagement. Beyond traditional offerings, toward holistic well-being. Beyond transactional exchanges, toward ecosystems of care, security, and trust. In this future, technology isn’t just a back-end enabler—it’s the very foundation of how employees connect with the resources that shape their financial, physical, and emotional lives.
Community Engagement Opportunity to help the Orlando Science Center
|
At ETSS, we gather as leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers to share strategies, explore solutions, and envision what’s next. Together, we’ll examine how partnership, technology, and communication can redefine the benefits experience—and how each of us can help build bridges to what lies beyond.
